What's your magic number?

What's the number you have in your mind that you're always striving for?


  • Your high school weight?

  • Your pre-baby weight?

  • 1200 calories?

  • 40 carbs?

  • 0 fat?

  • 0 sugar?

  • 600 calories burned?


If you hit these numbers, what would happen?

  • Would you be a happier person?

  • Would you be stronger?

  • Would you be more successful?

  • 100 ounces of water

  • 3-4 workouts per week

  • 2 meditations per week

  • Bodyweight Deadlift

  • 6 servings of fruits/veggies

  • Lean Muscle Mass weight

  • # of days waking up without joint pain

  • 10,000+ steps per day

  • 8+ hours of sleep


Your original goal when starting a fitness program may be weight loss driven. But I guarantee when you focus on the things you can gain with your fitness efforts, the weight won't be an issue anymore.
