Hello North Canton, the home of every chain restaurant with super size portions and a side of fries with almost every meal.
It's hard to stay true to your health goals and enjoy your life socially when dining out is one of the top things to do in the area.
Lucky for you, I've found 5 Healthier options that you can enjoy!
1. BAM Healthy Cuisine! It's got Healthy in the name, so it must be a good option! Bam is one of my fave go-tos for lunch and sometimes takeout dinner. It's made fresh and the menu is large enough that any picky eater can find something delicious.
My fave - Goat Cheese and Almond Salad (I pick off half the craisins because that's a whole lot of sugar and use 1/4 the dressing and save the rest for a salad I make at home).
Caution: Portions are large and the food is so good, that you will want to eat it all at once!

2. Alladin's! The first page of the menu screams healthy, real food! Another large menu and so much great flavor built in. Alladin's has the best hummus and most would recommend getting the hot sauce with it. I order extra and use it as my dressing on my salad and take home the rest to enjoy for days.

3. SOL Pie Pizza! Healthy pizza? Yes, please! SOL stands for Sustainable, Local, Organic. Real ingredients make it taste really good! It takes time to make their masterpieces, so order ahead and be patient - its worth the wait!
Tip - order individual smalls if pizza and portion control do not go together in your world. ;) They also have great salads and bowls - just be cautious on the sauces and use in moderation.

4. Twisted Citrus! Breakfast + Lunch or what we like to call Brunch! Huge menu with the full range of healthy to kid loving indulgent. Themed/holiday menus are fun, the coffee is good and refills are abundant.
Tip - go in with a plan of what you're ordering or you will be tempted by the sweet concoctions as the menu has a ton of pictures!
My fave - Ironman omelette with Twisted Taters

5. Bibibop! New to North Canton and a fun twist on fast food! Build your bowl how you like it! Pick your base of noodles, greens, rice, add your topings (so many options) and pick your sauces (use only what you need to keep it healthier). Not sure what to build? Try one of their signature bowls and tailor it to your tastes.

Dining out should be enjoyable both during the meal and after! If your stomach doesn't agree with how you're feeding it, there are 2 things to check on:
Quality & Quantity! How is the Quality of the food you eat (Nourishing, from the Earth) and how much Quantity are you consuming (enough to satisfy, not to stuff)!
